Terms of Service

1. About Stream Fusion Web

Stream Fusion Web LLC ("Stream Fusion Web," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital growth agency based in Arizona that provides website design, local SEO, CRM setup, marketing automation, reputation management, and related services exclusively to local service businesses and contractors.

Stream Fusion Web is a service partner — we build and manage digital growth systems on behalf of our clients. We are not a software reseller, white-label platform, or franchise. Clients engage Stream Fusion Web as their dedicated growth partner. All systems, accounts, and infrastructure built are managed by Stream Fusion Web on the client's behalf.

2. Services

Stream Fusion Web offers a range of services across multiple growth plans, which may include:

• Website design and development
• Local SEO and Google rankings management
• CRM setup and pipeline configuration
• Marketing automation and lead follow-up systems
• Reputation management and review generation
• Google Business Profile setup and management
• AI receptionist and missed call text-back
• Ongoing strategy, reporting, and optimization

The specific services included depend on the plan selected by the client. Service scope is outlined in your onboarding agreement. Stream Fusion Web reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue specific features with reasonable notice.

3. Billing & Payment

Services are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Stream Fusion Web accepts payment via the methods outlined during onboarding.

One-time setup fees (where applicable) are due prior to or at the time of project kickoff. Monthly service fees begin on the date your system goes live or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to remit payment within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services. Stream Fusion Web is not responsible for any business impact resulting from service suspension due to non-payment.

4. Month-to-Month Agreement & Cancellation

Stream Fusion Web operates on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts required. Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice.

Upon cancellation:

• Services will continue through the end of the current paid billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
• Setup fees and one-time build costs are non-refundable
• Client retains ownership of their domain and any assets specifically paid for as part of their plan
• Access to Stream Fusion Web-managed platforms and tools will be removed at the end of the final billing period

5. Results Disclaimer

Stream Fusion Web is a digital growth platform for local service businesses. Results — including search rankings, lead volume, review count, and revenue growth — vary by market, competition level, business type, and client engagement.

Any results referenced on our website, in marketing materials, or during sales conversations represent real outcomes achieved by specific clients under specific conditions. They are not guarantees of future results for any other business.

Stream Fusion Web makes no guarantee of specific rankings, leads, or revenue outcomes. We commit to executing our services with full effort and expertise, and to providing transparent reporting on performance.

6. Client Responsibilities

To allow Stream Fusion Web to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, login credentials, and assets as requested during onboarding
• Respond to review and approval requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Maintain active payment for the duration of the engagement
• Notify Stream Fusion Web of any significant business changes (new locations, rebrand, ownership change) that may affect service delivery

Delays caused by client inaction (e.g., failure to provide assets, approvals, or access) are not the responsibility of Stream Fusion Web and may affect timelines and performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by Stream Fusion Web — including website designs, copy, graphics, and automation workflows — is the property of Stream Fusion Web until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client for the specific deliverables paid for under their plan.

Stream Fusion Web retains the right to display client work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Clients may not resell, rebrand, or sublicense any systems, tools, or infrastructure provided or built by Stream Fusion Web.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Fusion Web's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months prior to the claim.

Stream Fusion Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for changes to Google's algorithms, platform policies, or third-party software that may impact rankings, visibility, or service functionality.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Stream Fusion Web uses and integrates with various third-party platforms and tools to deliver services. These platforms have their own terms of service and privacy policies. Stream Fusion Web is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by third-party providers that affect service delivery.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

Stream Fusion Web may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email or through our client dashboard. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
